Frequently Asked Questions
Do you film with one or multiple cameras?
We film with two cameras, so we can choose between different perspectives and ensure no moment is lost.
Do you always work together as a duo, or sometimes alone?
We always work as a duo and believe that is the strength of our product. We don’t work with second shooters we don’t know. This way, we can always guarantee the quality of our product and deliver the film exactly as envisioned.
How long is the videographer present on the wedding day?
For as long as possible! We prefer to film too much rather than too little, as magical moments can happen at any time of the day. We love to be there for the preparations and to turn off the lights with you at the end of the night :)
How long does it take to receive the film?
On average, post-production takes about 2 months.
Do we also get the raw footage?
No, we don’t share the raw footage. Due to the sheer volume, it’s simply unfeasible.
Do you record audio of the ceremony and speeches?
Yes, we always record the audio of the ceremony and speeches. However, we don’t automatically deliver them in full, since that would interrupt the “flow” of the film. Instead, we incorporate the most important moments and quotes into the final cut.
How do you ensure good sound quality during the day?
We always use an external shotgun microphone. In addition, we provide speakers with small clip-on microphones, so everything is captured clearly. Don’t worry—we hide them well so they won’t be visible.
Do you film discretely, or do you direct the day actively?
We give as little direction as possible on the day itself. We don’t impose ourselves on you or your guests. At the same time, we blend in with the crowd (yes, even on the dance floor!) to capture energetic and dynamic footage.
What kind of cameras and lenses do you use?
Our main camera is the Sony FX3. Our go-to lens is a 24–70mm f/2.8, which allows us to be flexible and film seamlessly in low light. As a B-cam, we use a variety of cameras depending on the situation.
Do you film in 4K or higher?
Yes, we film in 4K, 25 fps by default, except when capturing slow-motion shots.
Do you also use drones?
No, we’ve deliberately chosen not to use drones. They don’t fit our style, which is intimate, documentary, and timeless.
How is the film delivered (USB, online, SSD)?
We deliver the final film on a personalized USB drive as well as a private online link.
How far in advance should we book you?
We’re fairly flexible, but make sure to contact us as soon as possible so we can hold an option on your date.
Do you keep a backup of the footage?
Yes, we keep a backup of all footage for up to a month after delivering your film.
Can we request specific shots or ideas?
Absolutely—you can share requests or specific shots with us. However, we reserve the right to decline if they don’t fit our style or way of working.
Do you also provide photography or work with a photographer?
No, we only offer videography and we don’t have fixed collaborations with photographers.
