We are Emma and David, a couple from The Hague. What began as making spontaneous wedding films for friends and family with two iPhones, lots of good spirit, and zero budget has grown into Opal Films: our company dedicated to capturing weddings in an energetic, spontaneous, and authentic way.

We both have our own jobs aside from our business. Therefore, we are not financially dependent on the films we make. This creates a lot of freedom both creatively and financially, which translates directly into the films that we make.

We strive for the highest quality and therefore take on only one project at a time. This gives us the space to fully dedicate ourselves to your film. We work on it until there is nothing left for us to improve—only then do we present the final result.
